Well I was thinking about starting up a shop, the shop will consist of the following:

    Hosting
    Signatures
    Wallpapers
    Templates
    Coding (templates/skins)
Forum Modding/Installing (vb and ipb only)
    Tutorial Maker

I will be needing around 14 people for this project, all credits will be sent to one account and then the number of creds every 2 weeks will be redistributed to each member of the staff. So I will be looking for people that will be able to do the following.

    Hosting (.W.)
    Signatures (2 spots)
    Wallpapers (2 spots)
    Templates (1 spot)
    Coding (2 spots)
    Forum Modding/Installing (2 spots)
    Tutorial Maker (xxintensxx - nick212 - rxbandits)

The people that will be hired have to be very experienced with the job they are going to apply. Below will be applications for each of the jobs.

    Code:
    Signature Application

How long have you been designing for?

How old are you?

Are you active on the forums and be willing to donate alot of time to the shop?
