Hi! I am starting a web/graphic design team that does everything. This team will design killer graphics and website. In other words, there would be a team, then two teams inside that for graphics and web design. The Graphic Team Would simply take requests, etc. Fill them out and get more traffic! Web Design My main intention for starting this team. We would make sexy and killer templates! These templates would be offered for free (temporarily) to everyone. We would specialize in clan templates (Half Life, CS, Warcraft, etc.). What I am looking for I am going to design the initial website (most of today). The website will be simple and easily accesible. Web Designer Requirements Must show me some of his/her work (recent). Must have good knowledge of HTML, decent knowledge of CSS (or how to figure it out!), and decent at graphic design (PS, etc.). Once the website is up (hopefully by tonight), we will try to make sure that everyone has FTP access to the site and can edit it easily. Well, no one will join your team / crew unless you show them that you got what it takes to be a administrator of the crew and show that you got great graphic skills by posting examples of your work. By the looks of your signature, no one will join your crew unless they are new to graphic desiging. Sorry.
when i get home (tuesday) ill tty on msn, and also, what would be the goal of the site, to fufill everyone's requests?
ya and would any $ be involved? i dont think everyones gonna make templates so anyone can use and not get paid.
Its the fact that you are getting known by making free templates. FOr the graphics, I am not "new." I am a decent level designer. Ill post my most recent works soon.
thats what i mean... the problem is, you people aren't strict enough when getting staff members you just let anyone join and then they end up doing no work at all i say you start a website with like 10 really good template downloads (free) get a bigger staff and then get more free templates THEN start selling premium templates
