Me and a bunch of my clanmates are considering starting a Starcraft section lol I know the game is older then some of the members on this forum ....jk We were bored one night after playing CS and decided to install it. Anyone here play it? Anyone here want to play it? We have a vent server we usually jump on and play.... On a side note Holy ---- are those Koreans good.... Self note if you cant understand the name of the game.... DONT JOIN... they will rape you.
I used to play Starcraft Brood Wars. I play Zerg but I ain't an expert. I woulden't mind playing sometime.
me too. i used to play it. I played all races but specialized in terran. its much harder to play than warcraft.
ya i visited my korean cousins a couple years back, played him at a comp center, and got destroyed. quit playing after that <_< perfered race was the zergs, i guess i could install it later and try again though
Anyone wanting to play for fun send me a message. Me and my buddies have a ventrillo server we can use to laugh at each other w hen we get beat and stuff. Its actually pretty fun. These Koreans Beat my ass though. I believe every loss I have is 1v1 vs a korean on Bloodbath
i play tft now but i still love sc. Koreans ftw~ hehe Im korean but i cant play as well as em in korea ><
lol I haven't played SC in so long. I usually never played regular games though. I'm always in a custom. Same with WC3. SC is kind of annoying with the unit cap. You have to race to build as many units as fast as possible. You generally own if you have more units, depending on what they are. Mass siege tanks is just anoying as ---- if your team has no air (or if they have good anti-air). WC3 has a map editor immensely better than SC's (even the custom ones)
I love sc, my favorite online game. Bllizard did a good job with the game, it's an old game yet played so much. I havn't played in a while, I gotta start playing it again. I used to be good at nr20 games, always sucked at rush games.
starcraft is definetly the best rts out there :] koreans would probably classify me as a "wanna-be hardcore sc gamer" although i havent played for a few months, i used to play about 5hrs a day. im a toss player, with 150 apm, but it'd prolly be 74 or so now, due to lack of practice. im 100% anti-money maps, so if you play LT, Gaia, Luna, PA, Az, or any of the other good maps, i might just go out and buy a new cd and play a bit with you guys ^_^
We have been playing the Fast money maps but were going to be getting away from them because its too easy to start off fast. Ive been playing Bloodbath FFA and having a freaking great time.
