Buying it tommorow, didn't preorder, when I got to the store they were clean out. That store alone processed like 3,000 preorders. And 1,500 buys. They were clean out.
My friend is supposed to get it today because his brother works at Circuit City and is holding it for him. He is a big Star Wars N.E.R.D.
im thinking about getting it.. i havent been a real big fan of the star wars games.. although i love the movies
I havnt actually played it, but a mate rang up and said thats its an awsome game with heaps of new improvments and such. I'm going to his house tomorrow to check it out my self.

My frinde from school has it i seen a carmirerl and it looks sweet cant wait to get to his house and play it because u can finnly play as a JEDI!! w00t lol
Sounds like a good game. Not that big a fan of star wars games but will definately have to check it out.
I played it for a couple of hours at my friends house and I have to say that it is much better than the original. To start things off it looks better, way better. There are more troops for you to play as. The single player is much better. Instead of just battling over and over again you have objectives. The multiplayer now supports 2 online(on the same console), 4 off line and 32 system link. You can be a jedi which is very fun! There isnt that annoyoing loading screen that zooms in on a planet(that was cool at first but it got annoying). Overall just a better game. There was one problem though...the online sucked. There was tons of lag...really bad stuff.
I forgot about the space battles. Those are pretty fun, but the controls take a minute to get use to, but it's a very nice addition to the game. Dont think that they are similar to other star wars flight games like Rogue Squadron, because their not. You can get in and out of your ship and even land in the enemy command ship. It's very interesting. Also they now have more modes than just the take over all the command posts. They have things like CTF(which is very interesting) and a game called hunt(but I havent played that yet). AcidicDarkness is right it is a very good game to rent.
