imo, everybody who became staff have become suckups, became assholes, or just really different than they were before, when they were cool.. like dior and nica, they were cool before, their just kinda assholes imo, nica was fun before now he's sucking up and trying to be real serious and all.. and dior well everybody knows that story i guess xD only exeptions are xlink and kirbir (atleast from the active mods, like red alert etc.. are cool too but inactive) they kept it cool.. dem is having some fun moments too but when it comes too justice he's an ass anyway staff bans everybody who thinks threathens them and no i'm not taking it up for morv only.. there were alot of cool ppl over the years on gr, and like 75% got banned.. and not all because of scamming ripping or whatelse, but because the staff felt threatend by them. oh and staff dont close this and run away and hide the problems like you always do k DISCUSS
well maybe sucking up is not the right word, but ur constantly trying to diss ppl.. i still like you, but first you had fun with us, now you have fun "in my eyes" against us..
Sucking up is totally not the right word if you mean dissing people. And I don't have fun against anyone. I just always state my opinion and I don't beat around the bush even though if that means I have to hurt someones "feelings". And lets say you are right about me and dior and whatnot, why are you addressing every single staff member besides xlinks and kirbir? I don't remember Marforce, fuse, BrokeNL, bandits, remix, pulse etc. having anything to do with this. Just because you don't like some people who happen to be in staff, doesn't mean you should go hating on staff now. Because if it was like that, staff could do the same. Lets say 2 diamond members are banned for being complete retards, does that mean staff should go hating all diamond members here on GR? If you have something against me and/or dior, address us and no one else.
morv was suspended for repeated idiocy he's not banned yet. majin is neither banned nor suspended to my knowledge, at least not at this time. jay, well he's still banned for some reason, no clue why, but I see him on IRC every so often. couple other people got banned for a lot of dip----tery back in september when the whole cred steal thing went on but chances are they'd be allowed to come back most people who are banned are usually allowed to come back after a few months. anyone who wants to argue with me can do so in around 16 hours I'm sleeping then working then coming home.
well maybe i forgot some ppl to add to the list but i dont really see them around on the forums, because they hang out in different areas, so i cant really judge about them.. but i'm more talking about ppl who have became staff recently, and changed in the wrong way, thats why i mentioned xlink and kirbir, because they didnt change in my eyes.. after the got a staff position.. brokenl is cool, but dont see him that often around though xD and about rx,pulse etc.. they are more in the render section where i havent been in like 1.5 years so yea cant really judge on them

Exactly, but you just did attack all of them with this thread, whether it was your intention or not. So I hope you understand that staff has to be hard occasionally, because we always get blamed for things we most of the time didn't even do, like right now. And yes, people do change after a staff position, I agree. Here is why: staff members have friends here as well. But due our moderator status we also have certain responsibilities and duties to do here at GameRenders and unfortunately that doesn't always walk hand in hand with friendship. Do we like it? No. It is easy for a non-staff member to complain about everything, but the truth is, you guys don't look at our point of view. But you guys are always expecting us to look at your point of view.
sure i'm looking at your point of view, sure i know you have some responsabilities too, and we have to "respect your authority xD", but eversince i'll take you upon example, became staff,you became all serious, first you were still cool but it became worse and worser(soz for bad english ) and now ur only dissing ppl all the time in a serious way, instead of making fun of them like you always did.. and i know you have to serious some times but not like all the time right?
ravr has a point (allthough he isn't using the right words) but this is something that has been going on for longer *cough*stealitem*cough* the discussion then was that people who have their own opinion and stand up to staff and other people often seem to get banned or suspended for small reasons (Morv is an example but not the only one). Mostly offences that most people would barely be warned about, but because they already had a warning before and probably because staff just doesn't like them they get suspended and banned... On the other hand I can understand why you get more serious, but you take it too far, you don't spam or mess around like you used to at all, Dior went from top spammer to non-spammer in what? two weeks?

Well when we are serious we get complaints we are too serious, and when we joke around we get complaints we're all 11 year old immature ------tards who don't do their jobs. And I'm not "serious" all the time. That is the part where you guys are wrong. You guys think for some reason people get banned when they stand up against us. That is NOT the truth. Truth is, we need people who state their opinions to handle with the stuff that needs to be handled. But most of you don't do it the right way. You guys don't say something like "Hey staff, I don't like you did this and that is because -reason-". You know what you guys say? It is more something like this: "Hey staff, go ------ yourselves because you ------ing did this and your ------ing mother ------ing hates you for that you black fag". Can you blame us for taking measures...? And about Morv, let me say this: He has gotten the most amount of chances than ANYONE here on gamerenders, besides maybe Majin, and that says a damn lot. Morv actually shouldn't even be here, but no, he got UNBANNED by staff. If he wants to stay on GR, he should stop breaking the rules over and over and over again.
well, staff wouldnt get the complainments about the bannings if you would just say why they got banned, but you all keep too many secrets.. i've seen on a other forum, they have a subforum that works kinda like a log but its public, lets say you warn me with the message you broke rule: 12. it will make a post in that subforum with the message and the amount of days suspended, that way you will get alot less questions about omg why he got banned/suspended.. i dont see why staff would like too keep it secret why some1 got banned.. oh and suggestion/idea make a forum with a password, note it 18+ or 16+ whatever make it no rules / and moderatorless, oh and filterless,
got your point there, but we both now that the average IQ around here isn't very high. but back to my point, you might not ban people bacause they have an opinion of their own, but a lot of people who have an opinion are/have been banned. Maybe it's because they do a lot of rulebreaking, maybe because most of these people open their mouth and start bitching about everything they slightly disagree with... as an example I'll use Sacrifice, he was banned because in his signature he said that he wanted to buy a Guildwars account. This is against Gamerenders policy and Sacrifice was banned that same day. If I however would have done the exact same thing (before I got active in spamheaven) I would probably have gotten a PM in which a staff member would have asked/told me to remove it from my signature...
