Staff Application Forum?

well yeh it does sound alot but master how often do you visit the render section and all the other global mods

 

We have a render section ???

We do go in there believe me

Also there`s no harm in reporting a thread or post that you find offensive , something that we may have overlooked

This all goes towards what foose said about the staff aplication thread

In my oppinion applications are a stupid idea, anyone who is half good at english can bluff their way through a application.
However being nice and friendly, contributing to the community throughout your stay at GameRenders is a different matter.

People should be judged on how they act in the forums and even off the forums, aswell as what other people think and in most cases people who are promoted have alot of reccomendations from respected members and staff.

As far as sectional moderators go; There are three, one promoted from the render mod position (myself) one promoted from the irc mod position (logically) and one promoted from the tutorial gurus (master) these also act as "head" of the section they were promoted from.
You cannot go straight to the sectional moderator position, neither are there any spots avaliable, sorry ^_^

And shneaky, just beacause render mods have quit does not mean we will be needing new ones, we are not looking to fill the space and we only need enough to actually get the job done, without being offensive yourself and Dan did less work put together than LA so we are doing fine with LA and myself; If we do need any more render moderators; I have two people in mind when / if we do though , but not for the moment.

theres actually 2 render mods jk is a sectional mod but was a render mod b4 hand so therefor still spends a equal amount of time in the render forums
i also visit the render forums everyday
along with all the other g mods
imo theres plenty of staff atm
think back to a few months ago when we didnt even have sectional mods
was just run by the 10 global mods

 

Were not here to discuss who will be a render mod when we are in need of them, but i can assure you it won't be draven after he has rendered so many illigal renders.

it's not about "who [you] are" it's about what we need.

 

All this drama... And I thought I had fixed my life...

I owe LA and Jay a lot... They're my best Net Friends... Gonna return to staff to help you two out.

 

I think we all need to calm down with the drama, and let the staff handle how things go.

Anywhose, this post is just spam, who should be promoted/demoted shouldn't realy be discussed here, and sorry for my comment.
