Sprite Animation Problem

Hello,
I am making sprite animations.But al of the sudden i notice that the animation has become very choppy,i wasn't like that before.Is there anyway to raise the speed of the animation?i have no delays on the frames.

 

I think there's no soultion to that. That thing hapens to me too.
