    so basically we see someone doin something good we just pm their name to u and u give them 1 hp ? but if its bad u subtract 1 ?

    If you see a MEMBER of the STH program doing something good, you will pm me their name, along with the topic you spotted them doing something good in, or whatever source it came from, and I will check it out, see if they deserve it, and add it. If you do not have a source, give a detailed explanation on why you think they deserve it.

    The same goes for a bad point. You need proof, or a detailed description, along with the persons name.

    that would destroy the whole point of this.

    The point is to get people to start acting nicely, and hope that someone sees them.

    But I see a small flaw in this, what if two members of the program team up and pm you telling th other has been doing something good just to get themselves up, maybe you should limit how many times someone can report someone else in a certain time frame?

    Already ahead on that. Going to keep a logo from each person. I have also taken other precautions that will lead towards an anti-cheat environment.

    The same rules apply as for asking for rep. Except you will be docked a happy point.

    What if I done something really nice long time ago......should I still get a happy point?

    Also does the person has to PM you or me to tell us that you earned a happy point?

    The person who sees you being nice or mean, would PM SPREADtheHAPPY, and tell what the person did. I would then check what they did and how, and decide whether they deserve a happy point or a negative happy point. You could still get a happy point if the thing made a long time ago it still up and running.
