:P Taken from the first post

The way this works is if someone/anyone spots you doing something good around GR, being a nice guy/girl, or doing a good deed, they will PM SPREADtheHAPPY with your name, and what you did, and I will then reward them a Happy Point. However, if that person is later spotted being mean, cruel, or just an all around ass, you or someone else may PM SPREADtheHAPPY with what they did, and I will then remove their happy point. Happy points will be recorded and shown in this topic. Prizes will be awarded every 10 happy points a person gains (see prize section). If the person you referred for a happy point, gets the happy point, you will then get a referral point. Collect 10 of these and you will get 1 happy point. If the person you discredit, loses their happy point, you will also gain 1 referral point. Only members of the STH program can give referrals and discredits, and only members can get happy points. To become a member, just post in this topic, and I will add you to the member list.
