Splash And Button

I need a really nice splash page, and affiliate button, preferably both to match the forum and each other, for my site.
website link: http://pixel-source.com/forum/index.php?

Winner will recieve 50-100 credits.
End Date: When I see something I like.

If I don't see anything I like, then well, there doesnt have to be a winner ^_^

Hopefully there are some good designers here.
