Any CnC would be great to get it that bit more perfect

 

Text is out of place to me. Your effects are beginner-looking, looks like mostly just brushes, if not all brushes. The edges of the render are too blurred, and he needs to be blended better.

I didnt use any brushes at all, its all filters, Smudging and a C4D.
