Then dont send. Its his fault if he mistyped the paypal email. Or he's just trying to scam you. I'm not accusing him, but make sure you have the money before you send.

 

He is a fairly new user. However, it is procedure to send the credits before the $US is sent. Than again, you are very well known in this forum, so I would trust you.

Don't send him credits unless you see the balance in your paypal. However, even if you did send him the credits and he did not pay you, the admins can always trace those credits back. Don't worry!
