    Yes, I mentioned this... Windows XP Home does not have Domain capabilities.. so it doesn't have an option for packet bandwidth holding.

    hmm, would you know if this would work with Microsoft Windows XP : Media Center Edition?

    Yes, because I run XP WMCE. It's Pro based. You can do it with Pro based OSs.

    is there a way to install XP PRO so i dont lose all my programs and my bult in PC recorvey???

    You would have to backup all your programs and stuff. I am not sure if there is a pro upgrade kit, but I don't think so.

    I couldn't find a GPEDIT.MSC file.

    Does that mean I should switch to Pro? I'm using HE yeah so it don't work. Anyway to speed up for HE?

    HE is already at the speed because bandwidth is not being held out for network packets. okay?
