A little dark in some areas, wish I could make out the BG a lil more. Bleeding Cowboys is a nice font, but I think you use it too much. I would like to see you use different fonts and different styling of text. I prefer the colored version, though you should try changing the coloring of the blue/green effects on the left because it makes the tag look like two in one due to the left side having those colored effects not seen on the right.
