Spam?

I got a neg rep by Infinity saying I was spamming their tophic. I made 2 posts towards tAss for fun as me and tass know eachother well. In the second post I told : I just realise this is spam so i'll go away from this tophic now.
In a few posts later some guy posted two sigs, and the people said it was just a copy. So I said "a bad copy none the less". He negative repped me for that post, and I don't think that's a spam post at all.
