Hmm, this looks like quite a good crew Been wanting to try for something like this for a while. I'll try and get some designs done this weekend that are a bit more up to date (taken a break for a month).

I would post some PHP examples, but I am running out of room, if you need some, just message me and I will gladly hand them to you...haha....

oh and by the way, to whoever said they wrote a script to reverse MD5 hash, and "can't post it" that's ridiculous, MD5 is IRREVERSABLE....that's the purpose of it. it would take about 300 super computers and about 5 million years to reverse a single MD5 hash.

 

I'd say you would make a great coder for us.

haha, what can I say.....but the best part is, I worked for everything I have...my parents didn't just hand it to me..so I am pretty proud of my accomplishments.

 

rueter, just like i said for overexposure, id prefer you got more posts. i think id put you as a coder because (no offense) your design skills don't seem to be that great, but if you have that much experience, you would probably be one of the better coders. so post here again once you have 25 posts and ill most likely accept you.

I would accept him... he probably has the most experience out of everyone on GR...

Can I see your layouts? Because you seem to think everyones layouts are not that good...

 

The rule is you must have over 25 posts. We're not going to except anyone who just signed up because they may not return...

His coding may very well be amazing, although his layouts aren't "the best" althought they are very good and better than mine . So he will prob be under coder just for that. Plus I feel we shouldn't have someone in all around with low amount of posts. Suppose they leave while on a project... We don't know if there gonna post "I quit" or something...

I have created accounts on several graphics forums that I have posted on a couple of times and then abandoned. I've also applied for staff positions on other sites, and then due to other time restraints been unable to go through with the things I was supposed to do. So I know that it's quite possible.

As far as "constructive criticism" goes, I'm not giving constructive criticism on these applications. I'm just judging your current ability. If you want constructive criticism, you can ask for it in the discussion thread or the Website Templates subforum in Large Art. I didn't say your designs are horrible. I've definitely seen worse. I told :: Blaze :: that on the first page and he didn't take it that personally. As far as not showing my own work, no one ever asked. I think I see the problem.

We have different design types and you think yours is better (don't we all ) and that is making it harder for people to join. At least for the designers.

I know him in RL, and when I told him about this, he thought it would be a fun thing to do with me.

He won't drop out anytime soon, and like he said, he has another account with like 70 posts or so.

[EDIT] He can code like no other also... we need people with good coding skills.
