Wow. wtf. Most of you dont even know what the ---- you are talking about. Just how we can state our own opinion , the judges can too. But now they want us not to state our opinion.

So all you buttlicking munchies try to understand what something is about before posting.

I agree with Broken's statement. Saying a sig sucks, or did not deserve to place because it was no good, yes that is ground for punishment because you are attacking that sigmaker directly. Saying "congratz to winners and I feel that so and so also deserve to place" shouldn't be grounds for punishment and imo, shouldn't be taken as an insult by the mods. We should be allowed to voice our opinions as long as we're not attacking an individual or a group. If an unusual amount of people disagree with a decision, you shouldn't take it as an insult or as an attack on the mods, you should analyze it and understand why they are disagreeing.

    Sigh.

You banned milky for a comment, one that caused no direct harm towards the site in any manner, aesthetic or otherwise.

I believe him to be quite correct.

See, a site's ToC, usually gives full permissions to cease/withhold/ban anyone/anything, thus giving them omnipotence within their realm, yayz. Of course, the abundance of people who do not read the ToC is a staggering percentage.

Ex1: SotW being with-held, which, imo, was justified and all, if people find the service to be dissastisfying, remove it, if they are so dependant on it, then woohoo, they'll repent and declare you Gods yet again.

Ex2: Milky being banned, which, imo, was not justified, aka. You ban him for what reason...? Ah, right, disagreeing, though in coarse terms. Great, you've flexed your mighty muscle of amazingness to ban someone who merely disagreed with you. That's $$ smooth, like old scotch. You truthfully have no 'real' reason for banning him. He called you a Nazi eh?

Great job. You banned MilkyLep for disagreeing with you. Ah, that would be called, you disagreeing with him, no? Therefore, you have just shown a great deal of hypocrisy by banning him for disagreeing with his current ideals, which, again, prove to be of no harm towards anyone but your own ego.

    Hooray for Bratzer, t3h genius.

    Bleh: Edit

Also, this comment really isn't intended for Llama/Bona, the two who have also responded to this post, you two approach this topic with a good amount of diplomacy.

However, the idealism that this is the representative democracy of 'the purest form' seems to be quite the inaccuracy. Who represents us? People who soon enough become your friends/whom already are.

Unhappily, it's pretty much unavoidable, it's quite the conflict of interest, because on that same note, why am I unable to represent myself in the same fashion as 'mods'/'admins'.

Don't say it's because they've earned it, that's 'in the eye of the beholder' and similar crap notions.
