its quite nice although the lighting needs some major work

i didnt mean that, i meant use burn/dodge to manipulate the lighting

or you could apply the image on a new layer and go filter>render>lighting effects, i think a soft omni would be best here

 

I did use the burn and dodge tool fyi

But i'll see what i can come up with..

I don't really like the size that you've used.
But it's overall a good signature.
