no to both...Hoads I only like yur 2nd to last sig...and Apollo yur sigs look nice but they have no foreground effects jus looks like a BG and a render...tho i can see yur highpoint is defo yur lighting
like u basically have 4 general layers imo...u have yur BG..u have things between your stock/sprite/render and the BG...and then you have effects and stuf in front of yur render/stock/sprite which is called foreground effects
