    I have some questions:

    1. When you donate Credits does that mean your paying/donateing for like a tut. or a sig.?

    2. How do you increase someones reputation?

to increase rep you click on the green up arrow next to their reputation stats. However, you have to have a certain number of post (somewhere around 150 i think).

When you donate credits, you are just sending the person some of yours for whatever reason (favor, buying something, etc). It isn't really a donation, it is just a transfer of credits.
