So i have just been on the phone to my solicitor and everything is going according to plan thus far, she is going to speak to one of her 'people' and phone me back either today or monday to let me know what is going on. I told her everything about the bitch who suspended me and removed me from the site, the fact that she bullies all contract staff and victimizes them, i also told them how she removed two contract staff from site before me and another just a couple of days ago without a valid reason. I told her how she has treated me and how i am not happy with what has gone on as everything was done whilst i was on holiday/vacation. I also told her i have had no word from Capita nor ISS regarding my suspension and what it was for. She agrees that Claire (the woman who suspended me and removed me from the site) had no reason to suspend me and the reasons i was given by my supervisor were not good enough grounds to suspend me on. I hope i can take this further as i am very annoyed about this, until next time! /End of rant.
good luck with that, but what if they decide you shouldn't be suspended, will you go work at the same place again? because then you'll probly get in a fight with her again...
It would be a little awkward for them to un-suspend me as that would make them more guilty than they already look. I have a lot of back up with this also, not only from the contracted staff but by some staff members at Capita who know what she is like and who also told me to take this further as they know she is in the wrong. I would go back to work at the same place just for the fact that, that would piss her off, lol... i would love nothing more than to annoy the silly bitch but that is impossible for me to do right now. Boooooo. She never followed any procedures leading up to my suspension and has already broken the law. Since working there (i have been there for 6 years) i have had no verbal warning nor any written warnings, the fact that she did not give me any verbal warnings or written warnings but went straight for a suspension is against the law, she is in the wrong and she knows it which is why she came out with a lot of stupid reasons for my suspension, none which are true by the way. Capita have been ----ting themselves as they said they could not afford the publicity it would get if i went to a lawyer, that in turn made me more determined to take this further. There must be something wrong or going on for them not wanting me to go to a lawyer and them not being able to afford the publicity it would get, wouldn't you agree? ------ them, they pulled this ---- on me and suspended me without reason, now they are going to feel the wrath from me, lol.
