    Lol are u serious?

    You can make an X urself by getting Drop Shadow Brush, making an X and go to Edit-Define Brush ;)

    it wouldnt matter if the X brush was for ps7 or not because not only would a default brush work, but you cant scatter with the smudge tool in 7 and you need to be able to

    thats only because he went overboard on the smudging. you can follow this tut and have a nice outcome is you tone that part down.
