Well since it's your second tag I won't be bitching bout little things in the beginning your learning new techniques like this, so yea can't really judge sig based, mayb for the text, try to keep the colors fit in the sig ...
I think that it's quite good for a second sig in photoshop. Practice your smudging more though, since there is still room for improvement.
