lol I've known how to do this awhile, it's badass people love it. What you need to know how to do before we start... Pop your tongue of the roof of your mouth, not the hollow sound, a pop. Step 1. Grab your lips hard, make sure no air can escape (try not to breathe at all while doing this) Step 2. Pop your tongue while holding your lips so no air can get out 4-10 times fast as possible Step 3. Still holding your lips haven't breathed opened your mouth or anything yet, as soon as you've popped 4-10 times put as much pressure as you can, it should make your cheeks big lol Step 3. Open your mouth and breath slowly, like if you were trying to fog a window, watch the pimp white smoke float out. Try some tricks! Blow a ring, when your ready to exhale open your jaw wide vertically and make a soft O sound, let it fall out and suck it up your nose at the same time, hard to explain unless you can french inhale, or breath out slowly and breath in right after then breathe out your nose, that looks awesome. btw, i've never smoked, anti drug, it's more fun to do that, or inhale mist machines lol, impress your friends! Btw if oyu do in constantly or don't put enough pressure you have to wait or put more pressure or harder pops, or drink water that makes alot come out! TY

making a vid, to pop your tongue you have to make a pop sound put your tongue to the roof and suck it off it pops!
I'm not sure whether you are joking or not. But my brain presumably saw a faint trace of white breath. So either I'm hallucinating, or I am actually making white smoke.

lol k, once you get this down though you'll wanna do it over and over lol if you let it float out you can see it past your eyes or do it in the mirror, the first couple of times you do it it won't show as much as your 5th plus time
