Slow

    Ok whenever i click my folders like documents or pictures it takes about 15 sec to open them

    and when i click search it doesnt even show up. I ran ad aware SE pro and it took off about 115 lol i never run it and still nothing now i have Norton antivirus 2007 and it cant install succesfully. Im guessing this is a virus

    A: Download Avast or AVG and do a virsus scan with those.
    -Boot scan is best to remove all viruses.
    B: Defragment
    -Do not use Windows default defraggmenter.
    -If you dont mind trials download the trial for diskeeper..for free defragmenters..well..they kinda suck so..yea

    I don't mean to go offtopic but just google for stuff like that next time, I mean finding out about avg that is...
