Listened to it, thought it was awful.

Half of the song just felt like it had no composure.
I prefer music with some degree of melody.

^ Add the word originality to go along side composure, and you have my thoughts. ^_^

Oh, man. Alright... Slipknot is actually kinda deep with me for the sole reason they were kinda my "starter band"...

Well, I completely outgrew all the old ----, S/t, Iowa, Subliminal, etc. I used to love it all, back in about 4 or 5 years ago. When Subliminal came out, my buddy gave it to me and I started to listen and eventually loved the ----. But then I realized it wasn't all that great and moved on to much heavier stuff that isn't played on friggin local radio stations and what-not. And I quickly outgrew SK. But when I heard the newest stuff I kinda thought: "Well, it seems so have more technical aspects to the music and isn't exactly just noise anymore like it used to be to me."

Basically, what I am getting at is, the old stuff I just can't listen to, but the newest stuff I can actually bare...kinda.

Then again I'm really not into any mainstream music...at all. I love the underground and the stuff that's not only too heavy, but doesn't have a very wide fan base, either to be played to the point of nausea... *Cough cough* Daughtry *Cough cough*

Either way, music is music and everyone is entitled to their taste and SHOULD NOT be descriminated against for it. If you do that, get over your damn self. Nobody wants to hear it.

    Slipknot sucks.

I heard two songs and thought, oh this album sounds promising.

But the rest is shit. Horrible nu-metal garbage.
