Not great, only thing I like is the drums. I prefer Stone Sour.

 

Never really liked them.. I cant understand how throaty screaming and the thrashing on drums/guitar is supposed to be music...

 

Rap: I can't see how singing about ass, money, bling, and escalades is music.
Country: I can't see how singing about your truck, ex-girlfriend, or dog is music.


Theres many stereotypes to all music.. I used to think the same thing about slipknot, then I actually started listening to it.

You don't get a headache because Slipknot's music is too heavy. The screaming, the roaring, the thrashing, all of that isn't what gives you a headache.

What gives you a headache is simply the fact that they suck so much to the extent where your body is wanting you to stop the music and listen to music, metal or not, that is actually performed by musicians whom carry some form of talent to their art. Like Electric Wizard. ^_^

Didn't sound awful, screaming was a bit weak and the riffs were boring.

Corey sounded like he was out of breath the whole time.

Wasn't the worst thing I've heard but then I'm not really allowed to like Slipknot seeing as I'm into "troo metalz" and all that, i.e. stuff better than Slipknot.

Quick add: both the breakdown and the solo were utter ----.

I think its gonna be as good as any other album of theirs tbh.. im gonna see em on the 19th with disturbed., hopefully they will play all new ---- from AHIG.. B)
