Slicing&coding

Hey can somone plz slice and code my template for 50 credits plz do not use i frames and i need it done asp if u can get it done today may, 30, 2005 i will give you 70 credits just post here and ill send you the psd under is a picture of wat the template looks like

 

a good quality slice and dice job will prolly cost money, thats why no one has responded here. altho some one nice, may come along and help u.

 

also if u do it ill give u the ultimate plan as shown in the picture for 6 months

 

i will do it if you give me the lowest plan for as long as i live.

I'll code for the medium plan forever or lowest, but I code and slice in HTML, anything other and I can't help

 

I cant open it in photoshop, it says:

Could not complete your request because the file format module cannot parse the file.

WTF?
