Well, I haven't been able to sleep in a week or so...and I don't know why... Does anyone know some decent ways to fall asleep without taking medicine(sp?) or anything like that?
mm I'm not sure....heabutt a wall? knock yourself out? lol no. I reckon there are sleeping pills you can use they work very nicely.
Erm do a virus scan and just watch it scan...that'll work... OR Download some Big brother episodes that will deffinatly work.
Count to 10 000 in your head while drinking skim milk, and when you go to bed, read a poem, preferably by Robert Frost, and sleep without the covers. I had your problem too... I tried all of the above in tandem and I finally got over it.
Umm...if you haven't been able to sleep for a week, that's probably insomnia and you need to see a doctor.
ok man i have the same prob as you ok i dont sleep nights out of the week but sometimes i just have to take a sleeping pill so just get some tylenol pm's they work ok you need to do it cause very bad mental problems come from not sleeping
Take a hot bath before you go to bed with epsom salt or something. Drink milk. Read a big hard book, those make you sleepy. Try sleeping without the covers with the fan on low setting. Also try putting on music, (whatever you like doesnt have to be soft music, I sometimes leave techno on at low volume and it just kinda lulls me to sleep) I honestly would never go as far as taking sleeping pills, you never know what side-effects youll get from sleeping pills, try everything else first. EVERYTHING else. Also, it could have something to do with stress, like work or with your family or your g/f, etc. So if you are having troulbes with your family, talk to them about it and make sure everything is okay, as well with your boss, g/f, etc. Also try some crazy positions. Just go crazy with it, (flip your body around, hang it off the bed, untill you find something really comfortable cuz it might also have something to do with your blood curculation.
Drink alcohol, especially beer. Unless you're partying with your friends or whatever, alcohol is a depressant, and you'll go to sleep minutes after. 2 beers will set you right.
Have you tried laying down. Getting in the covers laying your head down on a pillow and closing your eyes?
