Site Rippers & Replicators

I think everything is done here, BFTP if you even had Codedfx on the black list kindly take it off as the mods in charge of the site have come and apologized as well as removed the ripped material. I think thats all that needs to be done besides a little chat with Garth.

After ripping all those renders, he deserves a second chance? Hell no, that is stealing other people's work and no one deserves a second chance. He sold his account before he would get banned, I hope legal action is taken.

I am glad the CFX staff is tryign to fix it, but the site rep has already been ruined.

To my knowledge only Gareth is the owner and admin. If you had admin access, you would be able to remove the gallery rips as well.

Don't pretend to be something your not, at least thats how i see it. Your not even the head moderator, so how can you apologize on behalf of the staff?

I'm not saying Garth deserves a second chance I'm saying that the site had nothing to do with it. What your doing it this: A slave kills a man under orders of his master, who should get prosecuted? The master or the slave? The master of course because he was in charge, the slave acted in fear of what would happen to him by the master had he not complied. So just give the site a second chance, think of it as the slave.

Your basically restating what BTFP said... and to BTFP, his apology is good enough, besides 2 other staff members have come and apologized, there's only Garth left and I doubt he's gonna be showing up.

I'll have you know Administration is like the Staff. Everyone in it is sort of the Administration of the site.

 

I don't think he should deserve a second chance. He knew very well what he was doing and he didn't stop. I wouldn't call that a mistake, I would call that pretending to be better than he is.

Also, if he is stupid enough to rip as he is the member of CodedGFX, who would want to be a member there? Why would anyone want to be under control of a guy that they won't be able to trust. Heck, he could have been ripping his own members work as well and posting it elsewhere.

Even as Morpheus said, that he deserved a second chance, I think that further action should be taken place because of the amound of work copied and used as his own. Because I know at some schools and whatnot will expell you or report you to the police if you are caught copying someone elses work.
