Simplicity.

I dont like how her face is cut off.
The colours goes well with eachother.
The Lightning is a bit too much, its really bright and the stuff beneath it looks low quality imo.
Text doesnt fit.
Border is 50/50, I'm not really a fan of them.

 

the lighting is way to strong, its way to white, u need to dakren it maybe and make it maybe make the sig bit biiger.The render placement is okay but i think the face is a lil to much though. The text aint too bad but i think u could vhe tried a differnt colour maybe.
