nice job guys, I think it's actually pretty interesting, and yeah it definately looks better on a dark skin.

i like the glow too, but I also really like the intense colors in the eyes of the 2nd one. Maybe combine the two by putting one on top of the other and setting to soft light or something (just the eye part)

i dont like the black and white one, just cause it looks like it need color
the 2nd needs for of a focal, and i thin kcould be sharper
3rd is nice, but make her more of a focal, it is just smugdes around her
and if ur goin to enter the SOTW use ur current, if you dont place, i will be amazed.
