Sig Limit

well now my limit reaches to 10 images and 5000 characters.

 

bunch of crap? i don't see any crap, all i see is useful links to pages for those people who aren't very good at gfx + mayb you could be a bit more respectful to mods in future

 

The "sig limiter" has been implimented to stop people taking up half the screen with enormous sigs. It also prevents people from using huge images which take a long time to load.

The reason that an automatic scroll is not implimented is so people don't use that as an excuse to have absolutely massive signatures that take a very long time to load.

 

For those interested:

The new system I have put in place is currently set to limit signatures height to 400px. If it exceeds this height then it will simply be cut off at that point.

This value can be changed (maybe higher, maybe lower) and I will be starting a topic soon so you guys can feedback on this system. I am consulting the moderator team on their views and when we have reached an executive decision I will give you the oppertunity to express your suggestions and concerns.
