Well, I recently bought VParadox.com as a domain for him, and then he agreed to me sending him a tag for FR by a --- for a year of premium hosting.

The 2nd day, its down for a week and is currently now down, and when I go to my site, it says the site is parked.

Now on MSN, it explains a little.

SO, he owes me 1500 for that.



Then I sent him a tag which i told him was woirth 2k with tut

and in msn, he says he never received it...

This is not a friendly persona as you can see, but more...




So in all, I am requesting 1500 for the domain purchase, and 2k for the tag/tut psd fr in which he can keep.

So 3500.

He also said tthe domains got cancelled, which in all is very odd. But there has to be some reason, and it has to be HIS fault.

I agred on buying a domainbut I never received that pm. Any mod can check my inbox, delete box anything. Plus the domain was used and I also had to transfer databases and other cpanel related stuff, which I wasn't paid for.

Also when he said I am not a friendly person, why didn't he posted the rest of the convo on msn and how he started the conversation and started saying some stuff that got me very pissed.

do you what it means to transfer databse, it's the same as transferring the boards except nothing is move dor changed on the forum.

 

I have the right to getg pissed and say why the ---- did u cancel hosting.

You promised me for it to have 99% uptime.

i didn't cancel the hsoting, godaddy cancelled the domina and my gear-host domain which in terms did not cacel any accounts but made all the subdomains not work.

 

whatever... I dont feel like talking about this anymore till a mod gets here cause i gtg...

he also ownes me 4900 creds that isent him for my domain and hosting he keeps telling me to pm him the name severs and how the ---- am i ment to know them when he set it up

if you checked over msn i never agreed to any tag, you send me the link to the ipb board..and i did that because soemtimes my account gets closed for no reason.

 

If he payed for a service, and he is not getting it, you are obligated to refund him. He payed you for a web hosting service of some sort, that is obviously not working at all. You don't get to keep his credits if the service he is paying for, is not there.

Tiller, one request, just to verify that indeed the psd/tut or whatever was sent to him. I see you posted a screenshot of the message. That means its in your saved sent items section of your mailbox. Go to that mail box, and show me a screenshot, of the just the message title, sender and date. So that I can indeed varify it was sent to him. Thanks.

FYI, I know what account the credits where sent to, so that wont be an issue to find them. If they are moved again, I will make sure to check again, or have Shaggy do a credit trace for me.
