Ok so I have set it all up. It's sending bytes out, but how can I allow people to listen to the music being played?
The Link Example http://www.shoutcast.com/sbin/shoutcast-pl...le=filename.pls Replace... ...shoutcast-playlist.pls?rn=THIS->xxxx<-THIS&file=AND THIS-> xxxx.pls 1st with your ID number thingy, 2nd with w/e your filename is. They need to download it, I think.
Search for the title of what your SHOUTcast is. Then give the .pls file to whomever wants it. Or you can give them the link.
