I'd have to say no, looks kinda too basic for a tut imo.

well of course its too basic. i use gimp ;-; i have ps i jus don know how to use it cuz i don know how ;-;

 

Dont tut it for two reasons.

1. Most people use Photoshop
2. Looks really poor quality
