I am getting ready to report him now. And the Steam account is getting ready to be turned over to me again. I am in the process of resetting the password as we speak. Someone should ban this guy and his IP so he can never return!

So as far as i can tell, this guy scammed you. Chalk this up to experience, make sure you research the background of the person which your doing business with.

Best thing to do is not to make a topic like this, and instead go directly to a moderator or admin, cause sometimes these topics can get you in trouble..

I would. When people make transactions they should be there to do it, something could have come up, but its better to be safe thens sorry.

I'd wait like another 12 hours max, send him a message, if no reply, report him. It's the only thing to do :P.

You should just report him, you're not the first getting scammed by him.

even if you ban his IP he can come back, as many people have and so do i is a dynamic ip keeps your hidden and you can frequently change it...

    anyway report him.
