Should I Get Battlefield?

    Well im in search of a new PC game for ch ristmas, and I have been looking at the battlefield series. Is a good game with high replay value and if so what version should I go for? Battlefield 2 or Battlefield 2142.

    I've played 2142 Demo and its pretty damn good, I like the idea of global ranks and medals, but will Battlefield 2 become less popular because 2142 is now out?

    BF2 will still have a large fanbase, so technically, no.
    BF2 is a good game, but you'll need a relatively good PC.
    I got 2142 today (because it's my birthday xD) and so far it looks very good.
    I'd go for both, they're both good games.

    depends on the spec of your ocmputer :P if youve got a good spec rig n would take advantage of the new sparkly gfx then go for 2142 but another thing is do you want a futuristic/sci fi game or a more realistic now time game :)
