EDIT: Rollovers will be needed. I would want the gradient to flip vertically when it is rolled over. Also, when at a page, that link on the top should be in its rollover state, and unclickable.

How much extra would it cost to add submenus to the site when you scroll over certain parts.

I hope it was implied that the image on the site would also be easily changable. Thanks.

 

a cms will be hard to do
since im working on one right now for another site
but ill do my best either way
the other stuff wont be to expensive though
all as all 1000 beside the cms
