Well I got this game on thursday and iv been playin it nearly non stop for the last 2 days. If some of you dont know what shadowrun is, it is basically counterstrike + magic + stupidity + fun. I personally think its the best console mutlipayer game iv ever played because its really fun to own someone with the sword and teleportin to safety , but it still needs tactics, teamwork and skill to win. If anyone else has got on either the 360 or even vista; whats your gamertag? and your thoughts of the game? My gamertag: TheRightSprite
Maybe...but it's a next-gen game now. Unless you want to look at the awsome SNES block grafix. I read the gamespot review for shadowrun, and I'm kinda surprised by how much they don't like it.
To hell with this game. I'm not paying 60 bucks + extra cash for Vista (Vista only game) for a multiplayer only title which has gimped controls so it would be fair fight between 60 and PC users. ------ that in the ass.
i might buy it when its cheaper. have win vista and so i might be getting it. right now i dont want to buy it. too expensive. but i heard that the game is pretty cool. hopefully they will release a demo of it
And what facts do you have to be able to claim that? Anyway, here are my reasons why this game is a highway robbery. 1.$60 bucks for a multiplayer only game. 2.Gimped PC controls. 3.Lack of content 4.Monthly fee for "Games for Windows - LIVE" Sorry, but this game, no matter how good it is, it's just a wallet stealer.
i tested this in the shops on 360. its just like crackdown without the ridiculously insane jumping. u get a jetpack/glider but you cant boost upwards once in air (i only played vs bots on lame restricted shop version) i didnt like the magic too much, create a healing tree ._. sure why not some massive fireball or such sorts, aiming sucks no sight/sub sight, just a circle crosshair that isnt static. its fun to bust around blowing stuff up but bored after a while only recommend if u loved crackdown get it on 360, apart from that the PC version rips u off.
