despite the emotional aspect of the film, i found happyness to be more down to earth. this movie never really grabbed me, and for me, i was not as engaged as most of you are saying, it was a pretty above-average flick, but it was essentially force feeding the audience a million ways to cry and at some parts just seemed corny imho. personally the most emotional movie for me this year was "The Wrestler" Mickey Rourke delivered with flying colours and it just hit hard for some reason, I also REALLY like Gran Torino despite the mixed reviews.
