I use a antibiotic called Minociclean or something like that works like a charm, I also used accutane for a while but it had bad effects, I had no energy and had to drink so much water to keep me hydrated it just wasn't worth it.

accutane works but your acne will just come back after a while youre done using it and as you said your skin gets really dry so it's not worth it.

best stick with antibiotics or ----active.

    I only read two replies.

But I had the same problem.

I got a soap, it's made from some natural stuff, like mud or something... It's really good, it kinda dries your face a little. But if you use it 3 times a day it will make a change.

I've been doing it for a while now, no drugs or anything, and my face looks better now.

    ;)

Stop touching your face. Spreads the oils. Wash it, keep it clean. If you're desperate, go see a dermatologist. They'll prescribe all sorts of meds that tend to work.

Well I used to kinda have this problem...but I switch my sopa to Cetaphil. Haha, lucky me...it worked. Cetaphil actually works really good too and they make skin cleansers, moisturizers, lotons, pretty much all you need.

Plus, it happens to smell really good and makes yoru skin almost baby soft...I actally get complaints that my skin is almost too soft, lol. Oh well, at least my face is clear. :P

Go to the doctor, say you people bully you in school for it.
    You'll get some drugs.

Also keep your face clean. Use like Clearasil, which happens to work good without drugs.

I use some Clearasil product at the moment, works alright but nowhere near as good as Proactiv. Never tried any other method.

I'm not sure if this works, but it did for me.

Rub toothpaste on your face. My folks buy 3-4 different types. One type, will burn, and one will not. What i do is, brush my teeth in the shower ( Discovered it this way ) and turn around, rub the tooth paste (Smear it ) all over your face. Forehead, between the sides of your nose, chin, cheeks, everywhere. Let it sit for 2 -5 minutes. If you use a certain brand, it will burn like a *Zjgjkbdsf*. Not as much as alcohol on a cut, but it tingles. Wash it all off, and you will feel a breeze sensation on your face, I was told this is your pores opening.

I do this twice a day, morning and night. I've done this for a month, and havnt gotten any pimples.

    Reminder

Try to do this at the end of your shower or bath. Not necessary, but its so the water doesn't wash it away? Also, you will love the breeze feeling. Its like sticking your head out of a car on the highway, just without the risk of getting your head smashed. ^_^ I hope it works.

Hmm many strange and interesting methods here. Don't your parents get annoyed having to buy toothpaste twice as often as the would were you to just brush with it?
