Hi guys, im selling a paypal account that has got $4 (dollars) and just under half another dollar, i have to be honest in saying that it is not got a credit card on it and so you are unable to send (gift anything) but it is still got the money on it so im sure there is a way to lift the limit that is curentally set on 0. Anyone who buys it could add a bank account, or debit card to get the funds out. Just thought I'd share since I have paypal and to let anyone know if they were interested. Also if you find something on ebay for less then 4 bucks you can use the paypal to do so if you don't want to put it into a bank you can buy something on paypal.
