    im sorry but... thats the biggest ripoff in the history of mankind for neopoints... change it to like... 5 bucks for 2 mil

    The official rate is still 200:1, it's just that its not being used as much anymore.
    I can offer you credits for those, if you would like; I believe selling them for $US goes against their TOS.
