He's used my brushes (like 6 sets, I think). And he's only given me 200 creds or so from 'profit' out of what, 20,000+? He still hasn't asked me if he could use them. <_<

Maybe he's not here because he can't defend himself?

fuse's quote basically settles all this. turns out selling brush packs for creds are even more "illegal" than renders packs. btw, i made my point clear to bratzer about the render pack issue, a while back when the rule was first imposed. i asked why jesse was allowed to sell his pack without consent from authors. his (bratzer) argument was that "the difference with the brush packs is that the brushes have been made in order to be used for free. Renders arent..".

meh. this point should've been brought up ages ago.

yeah, but jesse is on vacation...
im not taking up for him.
i think selling other peoples brushes shoudl be illegal here to.

but some people give out free brushes.
so that should be stopped to, because maybe good brush makers
    like fuse.
want to sell their packs, and then someone gives them away for free.

if they are on DA though, they are free to use, but not redistribute.
and im 100% clear with you guys.

It Is Clear that Brushes Shouldnt Be Sold On this Board unless The Salesperson has The Expressed Consent To Sell By the Creator..

    Point blank..

We Need To Re-think The Whole Idea... no Sale Without Consent

EXACTLY, jesse is making sh--loads of money off of other peoples "artwork" and he got most of the brush packs from da, and i thought the admins said "YOU CANT RIP WORK FROM DA", but he is clearly doing that. I dont see the difference from a render or brushpack on DA, they both took the person who made them alot of work.
