    no you cant
    1.. Warez or non-freeware programs - this includes Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office, non-free games etc. CD keys acquired illegally or from keygens are not allowed to be distributed either (you must prove that the cd key comes from a legal source before selling, use a photo of the original cd for example). Note that scripts such as VBulletin and IPB 2, and templates such as Template Monster.com and eXtremePixels ones are also not allowed to be sold, they cannot be legally distributed.

    9. Anything else illegal - if your not allowed to sell it elsewhere then please do not sell it here!

    Ok i'm going need some validation of your legitimacy before i buy it, due to some controversy over you scamming. Whether it is true or not, I'm going to need some proof of how you have your hosting, and those 8 some people you said that you're providing for.

    Oh, and please give me other details of the hosting, such as what features i get. i'm looking for at leaset:

    cpanel, PHP support, perl (CGI files), FTP, and all that good stuff.
