Screenshot Button Dont Work

either the key itself is ----ed up or i changed something. but i cant take a screenshot. it doesnt work at all. help me plz

 

On my grandmas keyboard i have to press an "F" button near the top then the Print Screen key. Not sure if you have to do anything like that.
But if you give a little more detail. Maybe i can help. Like maybe what happens. Or what do you think you changed.

Hey buddy , i had this problem with a few others keys , heres a few ideas on how to get it fixed ,

1) your button might be broken or missed ( it happens trust me)

2) go to Start>Control Panel > Keyboard ,

check all these settings ,

3) Open internet explror and then press ALT+PRINT SCRN . and see if this works.

 

Had that too, but when i resetted my comp it was good again

 

Yep had that problem. I had to go into settings and fix it, like Firestar said.
