    Not my monitor but my actual screen is screwed up AGAIN :X

    The trapazoid//parallel crap are all messed up :X, I need to set it so my eyes are like.. straight..

    is it a lcd or crt? most lcds have an option to reset the screen..

    It's a CRT, I'm getting a LCD soon but not yet.

    Try reinstalling your driver..download here. Let us know how that goes.

    I know this might sound lame but have you tweaked with the buttons on your monitor to fix it?

    Yes...see above...
    just check over it again..

    also, if you got a program for ur gfx card that can change stuff visually (like I got Catalyst fot my ATI card) you can change stuff via that, idk about the slant but eh..

    Okay..I get the feeling you only ran the installation program.

    Show Desktop -> Right Click My Computer -> Manage -> Device Manager -> Monitors

    Right click your monitor name, and click Properties.

    Driver -> Uninstall

    After the driver is uninstalled, install the driver again. Tell us how it goes.
