right click desktop>properties>settings and you see the slider? slide it about and apply it and see what suits u if you have a 15" monitor it would probably be 1024x768 but just test about with it .
right click desktop > select properties > then settings tab > change screen resolution to a diferent type (e.g. 1204x768 to 800x600 ) then change it back again. see if that helps
I have done it and that is showing up as a 800 x 600 resolution, when i change resolutions parts of the desktop icons get cut off that's how it looks
Maybe, your GFX drivers glitches and changed your res. Change by right clicking desktop, and go to properties, and appearance...
I have already done it and yes it was a glitch...i also logged off and logged back on but still the resolution has not changed, any ideas why it would have glitched?
I just went to this and they said to uninstall my previous version isn't that risky? http://www.nvidia.com/object/driver_installation_hints.html New driver for nvidia gfx card http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp_2k_81.85.html
it's just a driver, not hardware. uninstall it, and/or install the new driver. should patch it up nicely. you have nothing to use.
I get this error message when i try to install: The NVIDIA Setup program could not locate any drivers that are compatible with your current hardware. Setup will now exit. vesion i have 6.14.0010.5673 and the chip type is rivia tnt2 model 64/model 64 pro
you have to download the drivers, you know. and if they are in a zip or rar file, you must extract them
I have run the exe file but i keep getting that error, The NVIDIA Setup program could not locate any drivers that are compatible with your current hardware. Setup will now exit.
