sounds like bs.. first of all, what kind of fireworks did they have to make a BIG EXPLOSION as you describe it? Well good news is that 2 kids were not killed just injured (Almost Death)!, they didn't want this on the news. No one is going to sue the school, just the parents. 2 of the kids are going to Juvey for a LONG time, they finally caught the other kid yesterday morning, hes going to "Jail". The school is shut down for the year and will be opened next year, my son is perfectly fine. Just a Fractored leg, and hes on crutches. I dedcided not to sue the school but sue the parents!!!! I'm not sure what everyone else is dueing though the building was completely broken down!..... School District, is filing Emails, calls and everything. All kids will not be held back, they will be going to thir next grade since it was almost the end of the year... I'm having my son get a homeschool so he can still learn, and everyone will be alright.
Glad no one died. And I'm glad that you're still gonna sue someone If I was the parent of one of the three idiotic kids, I'd disown him/her. Good luck with the homeschool thing too.
Thank you very much, my son said that its kinda "cool" in a way to have a hurt ancle. No chores, no school for 2 weeks (Gotta Find Someone), Not much movement, Computer & T.V Well for the 3 kids I heared from a fellow friend that they will be surviving 35 years of prison .... very sad.
